This Privacy Policy explains how Northway GP LLC (“Northway”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through this website, including inquiries sent through its contact form. It does not cover information Northway receives in other ways.
Information Collected
Contact form
If you send an inquiry through the contact form, Northway receives the information you enter:
- the nature of your inquiry and, if you choose one, an area of focus;
- your first and last name and, if you provide them, your organization and your title;
- your work email address and, if you provide it, your phone number;
- your message; and
- your confirmation that you have read this Privacy Policy.
Along with what you enter, the form sends the web address of the contact page, the result of the spam check described below, and two technical values added by this website. The first is the path of the page on this website from which you opened the contact page, such as /strategies. It is left empty if you arrived from elsewhere. The second is the time the form was loaded, which helps detect automated submissions.
The form does not ask for, and you should not send, confidential information, account details, government identification numbers, or information about your personal finances.
Technical information
When your browser requests a page or file, the services that host and deliver this website automatically receive technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and operating system, the page or file requested, the referring page, and the time of the request. These services use it to deliver the website, keep it secure, and diagnose problems, and may keep it in server logs.
Analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
How Inquiries Are Handled
Webflow, which hosts this website, receives each form submission. It stores the submission with the website’s form records and sends a notification email containing it to the address or addresses set up to receive the website’s inquiries. Northway uses the stored submission and the notification email to read and, where appropriate, respond to your inquiry.
Retention and Security explains how long Northway keeps stored submissions and the notification emails that contain them. The form is not connected to any customer-relationship or marketing system, and Northway does not add inquirers to a mailing list.
Spam Protection
The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs and to block spam. To do this, Turnstile processes information about your browser, your device, and your visit to the page, including your IP address. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy.
The form also includes a hidden field and the load-time value described above, which help detect automated submissions.
How Northway Uses Information
Northway uses personal information from this website only to:
- read your inquiry and, where appropriate, respond to it;
- keep a record of the inquiry for as long as described under Retention and Security;
- protect the website and the contact form against spam, abuse, and security threats;
- deliver, operate, and maintain the website; and
- comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Northway does not use personal information from this website for marketing, profiling, or advertising. It does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Who Receives Information
Northway uses the following services to run this website. Each receives the information described in this policy.
- Webflow hosts the website, delivers its files, and receives, stores, and emails contact-form submissions.
- Cloudflare and Amazon CloudFront deliver this website’s pages and files as part of Webflow’s hosting, and Cloudflare’s Turnstile service protects the contact page against spam and automated programs.
- Vercel delivers the background film and its still images on the home page.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces the website uses, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when a page loads.
- The email services that receive the notification emails store them.
If Northway adds another service that receives personal information through this website, it will list that service here. People who build and maintain this website for Northway may also see submissions, and may use them only for that work.
Northway may also disclose personal information to its professional advisers, to comply with law or legal process, or to protect its rights or the safety of others. It may also do so in connection with a sale or reorganization of its business.
Northway and its service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where the providers operate.
Retention and Security
Northway keeps contact-form submissions, and the notification emails that contain them, for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to meet legal, regulatory, or record-keeping obligations, and then deletes them. It may keep information longer where it is needed to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
Service providers keep their own server logs under their own retention policies.
Northway takes reasonable steps to protect personal information it receives through this website, which is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No website or email system is completely secure, and Northway cannot guarantee the security of information sent to it.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Northway’s own code on this website sets no cookies. It uses your browser’s session storage for two settings. They stay in your browser, are never sent to Northway, and are deleted when you close the tab:
- whether you paused the background film on the home page; and
- your scroll position on the home page, so that the Back button takes you to the same place.
Cloudflare, which delivers this website’s pages and files as part of Webflow’s hosting, sets a cookie named _cfuvid that lasts only for your browser session. Cloudflare uses it for security and to manage traffic. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile may also store or read information in your browser to tell people from automated programs. This website does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. If that changes, Northway will list them here and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, and on whether a privacy law applies to Northway, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether Northway processes your personal information, and see it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
- receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format; and
- opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling.
Because Northway does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or profiling, a browser opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control needs no further action. This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and it has no advertising or analytics tools that do, so it does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals. Northway will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request or ask a question about this policy, use the contact form on this website, choosing “General” as the nature of your inquiry, or write to Northway GP LLC, 20 Woodside Ave, Westport, CT 06880.
Northway will verify your identity before acting on a request, using information it already holds. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. Northway will respond within the time any applicable law requires, and otherwise within a reasonable time. If Northway declines a request, it will explain why and, where the law gives you a right to appeal, how to appeal.
Children’s Information
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. Northway does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe that someone under 18 has sent Northway personal information, contact Northway as described above and Northway will delete it unless the law requires Northway to keep it.
Changes to This Policy
Northway may update this Privacy Policy. It will post any change on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
